The BE WELL EXPO is the main community *FREE* event sponsored by Oklahoma's HWCC - Health & Wellness Chamber of Commerce. It is a free event held in the Tulsa in the fall, and in OKC in the spring. With give-aways, lectures, seminars, educational information and "The Random Acts of Kindness" guy - it will be a fun family event. Tickets are recommended, because space is limited, but the tickets are FREE! You can get one on EventBrite.
